Privacy policy

When you submit a contact or property inquiry form, we receive the information you enter: project intent, city or area, property type and characteristics, budget, timing, optional notes, name, phone number and email address if provided. Your request may also include its source page and campaign parameters associated with your visit.

Your data is used to:

• reply to your buying, renting, letting or selling inquiries
• review the criteria you provide and prepare a relevant conversation
• respond to an estimate request when you ask for one

You submit the form after agreeing that Nesty may use this information to reply to your request.

Retention depends on the follow-up to your request and applicable obligations. To ask about the period for your file or request its deletion, email contact@nesty.ma.

Requests sent from this site go to Dakimmo, the tool Nesty uses to receive and follow up on inquiries. The Nesty team accesses them to reply to you. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Under Law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@nesty.ma. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
