Data we collect

We collect the data you provide through our contact, newsletter and estimator forms (name, email, phone, property type, neighborhood). We also collect anonymized technical data (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.

Purpose of processing

Your data is used to:

  • reply to your contact and quote requests
  • send you a rental-income estimate
  • send you our newsletter (with your consent)
  • improve the quality of our site and services

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Law 09-08, Article 4) and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Retention

Your data is retained for 3 years after the last active contact, then archived or deleted in accordance with Law 09-08.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the Nesty team and our technical sub-processors (Web3Forms for form delivery). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Your rights (CNDP)

Under Law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@nesty.ma. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
